Chase was never fond of getting a tattoo ever in his life. Maybe a piercing once or twice, but he does peer into the windows, I mean after all, the drawings were amazing. What he didn't expect was a beautiful being in the window, a tattoo artist named Atlas. He may consider a tattoo afterall.
