Amity sees a girl around her age, standing on the edge of a bridge late at night, ready to jump for whatever reason it might be. A mysterious being emerges from darkness, encouraging Amity to go save the poor girl before she makes a mistake, costing her life. Amity rushes to her, hoping to change whatever fate the young girl desires, only to miss her by a mere inch, watching as she falls into the dark, cold, abyss labeled as the 'River of the Loop'
