Most kids dream of the day they will turn eighteen, some because they are ready to move out, others want the chance to finally gamble, vote, or buy cigarettes. James was no different, though he was in no hurry to leave his parents. So it was to his great disappointment when shortly before his birthday he started getting sick. The closer he came to the day he became an adult the worse he felt. He tries not to let it bother him though, nor the fact that his father will be gone on yet another mysterious business trip that he refuses to talk about.
