The Things You Don't See

"Ivy get back here!!" Adi yells. "You'll have to catch me," I taunt hopping on a table. "Oh, ill catch you alright. Immobulus," she yells casting a spell. I dodge the blast and hop over people's food. Everyone starts to laugh. Years of dance and other sports have really helped me be agile. I do a turn and curtsy "Easy huh?" Adi asks. "As pie!'' I shout. She repeats the same spell and I dodge it again. I'm at the end of the table, and she says it again determined to get it right.

I jump and roll knowing that she could still hit me. "Stupefy!" I shout pointing my wand at her. Adaline falls to the floor and we keep the spells and dodging things. I run at her and grab her shirt. I raise my fist and she raises her wand.

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS" Professor Dumbledore shouts. We both turn to him and stand straight up. The room fills with silence.

"I dodged a blast and took a fall," I say raising my hand. "I made the blast," Adi says quietly. "We apologize for collateral damage," I say, standing up and brushing off my robes. "It was just mindless vandalism," Adi shrugs.
