Liga Lyric, after orphaned by the plaque was taken under the wing of the government along with thousands of other kids. Placed in Clairedane Academy , she was trained to take on the dangers outside of the wall under a system called Liga. After growing up and being selected as a Hood, she was appointed to Panel04. Along with Janice as the Muse, Cutter as the Emissary and Kayden as the Candid. They went out the walls with another 4 panels, one by one, the panels were gone and what's left was Panel 04.
