(y/n) grew up in era 3, where humans are the most inferior race. They're treated terribly, living in camps until they are 16 and are then assigned a job to have for the rest of their lives.

The ruler of the earth however is a hybrid of human and gem, the first gem hybrid to ever exist. 
His mother was pink diamond and his name is Steven Universe.

(y/n)'s 16th birthday comes up but just as she's being assigned her job; a special message is sent from her diamond himself.
