Self-love is the first love. If we do not honor, respect, value and appreciate ourselves, no one else will. Our partner will only mirror back to us how we feel about ourselves. We must look within for our own happiness and fulfillment first and not make the mistake of relying on someone else to make us happy. Let's just be happy and enjoy ourselves kasi yun naman ang unang bagay na dapat mong gawen ang mahalin ang sarili mo higit pa sa mga taong minamahal mo na hindi ka sgurado hanggang kelan mo makakasama.

I used to think love was all about finding someone to make you feel whole. But as the days passed, watching him laugh with his friends, I started to realize something.
