You already know this story. You have read it in the eyes of strangers, loved ones, colleagues, and your own mirror. You have heard it at bus stops, diners, in line at the atm, and on the radio. It is a sad story with a lot of laughs in it. It is funny yet drenched in a downpour of endless tears. This story tells of loss and love. A tale both saturated in pain and dripping with a carnal kind of pleasure; a delicate dance and a raging war.

The Heroine of our tale has been in combat for over thirty years. Victory is always seemingly out of reach. Her enemy destroys her at every turn. Over and over again and again. However, despite her setbacks, continually she pursues the protagonist. That's what soldiers do. Make a plan, execute said plan and proceed in the demise of their demons. Scars are worn like badges and friends are made of the pain. So our dear Jocelynn, in her consistent quest for victory is anything but a loser in her war. She is awarded with so much more than a mere win or loss.

This sweet funny woman wishes not for pity or sympathy. She only wishes to tell of her battles in the hope that one day she may help another soul. She is fierce in her determination to do so. Her passion for the underdogs on the battlefield is unwavering. Her perspectives are her own. You will hear her laughter and imagine her turmoil and quite possibly you may relate.

It has been said that perspective is not all in what you look at but also in where you look from. Our leading lady's perspective is exactly what she saw when she looked from where she was, just the very same as our reader perceives.

Without any further ado,
meet Miss Jozie Sparks.

"So, let me get this straight. You stomped all over his paperwork?" She started. "Not intentionally, but yes," I confirmed it. "Threw a drink in his face?" She added. "Expensive red wine." I described. "Rammed into his car with yours deliberately?" she counted on her third finger. "Um...I'm not proud of that one," I said cringing. "And called him offensive names?" She ended the list and I winced. "Twice." I specified. "And you're still alive?" She blinked, looking genuinely surprised. "Geez, don't be dramatic or anything..." I frowned at her hyperbolic statement. "Maybe he's keeping you around to get revenge." She suggested. Possible. I wouldn't put it past him. "I didn't know alright!" I exclaimed. "Let's hope that excuse is acceptable.." She was merely amused. "Working with my new boss is going to be a piece of work." ** Synopsis: When the CEO of Signature Heights: Jensen Black, and a stubborn employee: Alexandra Brook, clash, it's a battle of wits & a war of perseverance. ~Her words were my poison. I used them to consume myself. Disturbingly honest. Painfully strained. Carefully penned down. Dangerously addictive.~ A journal that landed in the right hands and told a whole story with words, no lips could speak. Two people bound by the pages of a book that tore their souls apart. He found it lying around and wondered what could go wrong. He didn't recognise the handwriting but he knew he instantly fell in love with it. Then it began. The assault of words on his life. He couldn't believe a word she wrote but somehow he did. He knew more about her than anyone else but he knew so little about who she was... It was maddening. How someone could have such an impact on you without having a single conversation with you. Her precious words tortured his existence, they drowned him in misery, created a black hole of words around him, gave him everything he needed to live. Made him fall in love. Gave him a world of his own. Made him believe in rainbows, unicorns, coffee, the basis of happiness, the meaning of every sunrise, the mystery of every deep ocean, she made him human. He knew he had to find her. He had to find out who she was. He had given him all the clues he needed but none of them were enough to prepare him for who she was. But sometimes... The journey is more important than the destination. Sometimes, the journey is the destination. A book full of stolen pages and a boy full of curiosity. This was how he let her shape his story. __________________ Description inside. Italics = Journal entry. 500 word chapters. Okay, so I don't know if you want to read it yet but it would mean the world to me if you could give it a shot.

"I... Am here to see you.", I told him as I placed my hands around his neck. I could feel my heart beat getting faster but I had to keep it strong if I had to survive this scenario. "What?", Brandon asked completely startled. I leaned in more closer to him. The only good thing in this entire scene was that he wasn't pushing me back due to my creepy behaviour. "Oh... Bran, I was missing you so much, I just... I needed to see you.", I said as I came up with lie. "Are you drunk?", Brandon asked as he leaned in closer trying to smell my mouth. Thank God Fel had given me her mint gum only moments before I went commando and came inside the locker room. "What?", I scoffed still standing extremely close to Brandon. "I just.... I was missing your gorgeous face.", I told another lie. But wait? His face is gorgeous so that isn't a lie. And was I not missing seeing him? I noticed Brandon who just had his eyes popped out of his socket with bewilderment at my words. I decided to peck him on the cheek before I storm out of the locker room. I leaned ahead to peck Brandon who moved his face in my direction and instead of his cheeks, our lips crashed. Brushing against each other, our lips touched. I could feel fireworks exploding inside my entire body. With my neurological system not responding anymore. ******* Depicting the hostility and vulnerability of a young woman to a society the story centers around a normal sophomore, Amy Cole, who had a normal life. Well way too normal for her situation. Amy's life was all good until one day, when her friends dumped her and blamed her for something she never even did. Her life takes a complete turn as her childhood crush, Brandon Mayhew, the Mayor's son, who once broke her heart, rushes back into her life through a series of events. With new friends, shifting thoughts, confused feelings and fighting anxiety and standing for the right thing. Amy makes her way to the top. Only to get at the top of everyone's hate list.

"If you asked me three months ago what heartbreak was, I would tell you it's losing somebody close to you due to unspeakable circumstances. But right now, in this moment, I would say it's you. I would say it's the feeling I got in my chest when I realized I was out of time. When I stood in the rain and yelled for you to stay, but all I saw was your back. I would say heartbreak is lying in bed at two in the morning, watching my ceiling fan go around and around, wondering why you couldn't stop to listen. Two seconds. All I needed was two seconds to say the words. All I needed was to seconds for me to tell you I was in love with you. With everything about you. With the way you move, and the feeling of your arms around me. With the feeling of your chest vibrating as you laugh. Heartbreak is falling in love with everything about you, but having the words permanently stuck in my throat." _____ Gracelyn Levinsky grew up with Daniel Grey. Being on the front line doesn't always mean facing the obvious, being on the front line can be as simple as facing life head-on with no clue where you're going. Life is as much of a front line in the wider perspective than the narrower of that of a battle, where the enemy is known and destination is everywhere but backwards. Therefore in life everyone has a story, this is no different. This story tells the story of Julianna Monroe (Name changed to hide/protect myself), and how even the simple things in life can alter the future in the most minute of ways. Not everything in life has to be all song and dance for it to be interesting and diverse, the story of Julianna's life will show and connect to those with lives just the same as hers who are not able to speak about their experiences. Her story begins when she is around 3-4 years old, just about to start the very first away-from-home experience children in the United Kingdom are encouraged to do. Nursery. Here kids just like Julianna are given the freedom and chance to explore outside of the home environment, without the feeling of an academic learning facility. Julianna is a child rather used to home comforts, so even at the beginning on the long road to get to where she is today, there are struggles and many points in at which she feels lost. However, despite all the minor stumbles on the bottom rung of this ladder, this is the start of an adventure, a journey to test everything Julianna is made of. Her story starts now...
