4 highschool students life gets turned around when the governor decides the town will be split into 4 different groups. Each group is letter named, a, b, c, d. No one is allowed to talk to anyone outside of their group if they do, they die. How will the four teens react?

We're Still Alive(Book1)BEING REWRITTEN
This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. The group ends up meeting up with Samuel's childhood friend and living with her and two of her friends in a cramped RV. Isaac starts to fall apart, Marceline grows tired and scared of everyone after a scarring experience, Jeff turns into a younger version of his uncle in order to protect the ones he loves, Samuel is concerned for everyone and wonders why he's even born, and C.J. begins to grow depressed. After a while of waiting and hiding, Tal finally notices the main character and automatically falls in love with them; they had love at first sight. Slowly this major change affected the main character, their everyday life, and experiences they haven't had before. Their friends leave them and the main character is left with Tal and a few of his friends.
