Shridatri is the one everyone has long awaited for, in her kingdom. Her home is the beautiful Khasgarh, where every florist plucks flowers that resemble her grace, every chef makes sweets that is as sweet as her, and every mother aims to be as kind as her. As the civilians of Khasgarh live their life with the smallest of hurdles and the happiest of smiles, Shridatri struggles with the oath that her own naive self had once made. As she deals with some of the vile people of her kingdom, and goes on this journey for the oath she made, she re-discovers her kingdom, falls in love with herself again, follows the path that she never longed to visit, and takes a step that might be beyond her capability.

It takes guts to live as a mortal woman amongst those with divine or abnormal births. One is left to wonder: does she bring out the mortal in them or do they bring out the divine in her? Mrinali has been wiped off of the face of Mahabharata lore. But she is here at last to tell her tale. The human who harnessed the children of the divine and the divine themselves is here to tell her story. Queen. Queen Mother. Arjun's spouse. Karna's best friend. Mrinali will conquer their hearts and look damn good while doing it. #16 in 'Gods' - 04/26 #2 in 'Arjuna' - 04/26 #33 in 'Aristocracy' - 03/26 A gentle reminder: This is a work of fiction based on the Mahabharata. It does not intend to offend any sensibilities. Kindly treat it as such.
