Whenever someone breaks a beach off a tree, or at least when I can see, I hurt. I've always had a connection too plants, like I can feel them. Hear them. It's my mistake for telling other people, I've gone to several psychologists, they all think I'm crazy. That's how I got here. At this crumby old camp for crazy kids. Of course my parents don't want me. No one does.They thing I'm nuts. But hopeful I'll survive here since everyone else thinks I'm crazy too.
Sixteen year old, lil, goes to a new school for crazy children, or at least thats what people think. Really, their called gifted, people with abilities unimaginable. They can control light, fire, all the elements of the world. They learn how to control these powers, and hide them so they can go on with their lives.
These people have ability no one can think of. They are gifted.

I go to the Gifted High School because like most I am special. Here in The Mystic realm there are four kinds of people, elementalists, psychs, e-psychs and gypsies. Also outside our Kingdom lies the land of the creatures. There you will find werewolves, dragons, vampires and shifters. But they are blood thirsty beasts who kill anything that enters their land, or so we've been told. If you doubt your writing skills, read this book. It'll make you feel better, trust me. I wrote this when I was in sixth grade, and now I can't even get through the first chapter without cringing. Okay, here we go: ------------- Before I tell you my story, I have something to tell you. My twin sister, Fern, and I, we are special. Not the kind of special like we are the best at an instrument or we know more facts about something than anyone else. We are so special that our connection is something that only happens every million years. we also inherited something random from our adopted mom that makes us SUPER special. To find another of us would take over a hundred-million years. You have to promise to not tell anyone though. If you do, scientists will come for us by the thousands. We would be put on public display where millions would flock around to get a mere glimpse of us and what makes us special. Scientists and genetic experts on many grounds would put us in cages.
