In a world full of heroes and villains, there is one singular city that is free from it all. Yokohama, run by the criminal organization called the port Mafia, it if free from villains, but also heroes. A city that is closed off from the rest of the world, the reason said to be for the safety of the occupants on the inside.
One boy gets sent out to retrieve a set of students with two others. The others know nothing of this boy, though. Retrieving a set of kids and two teachers that have only known black and white, bad and good, how will they react when good and bad become the same in this new city?

But they weren't catching a break as another building fell over. Dazai? Kouyou-nee? Dazai said as he spoke back into his ear piece. Don't let that child stray too far away.
