In a world full of heroes and villains, there is one singular city that is free from it all. Yokohama, run by the criminal organization called the port Mafia, it if free from villains, but also heroes. A city that is closed off from the rest of the world, the reason said to be for the safety of the occupants on the inside.
One boy gets sent out to retrieve a set of students with two others. The others know nothing of this boy, though. Retrieving a set of kids and two teachers that have only known black and white, bad and good, how will they react when good and bad become the same in this new city?

Since the beginning of Quirks, Yokohama has announced independence from Japan and closed itself from the rest of the world. To this day and age, no one knows what lies within the city of Yokohama-or that was what the public was made to believe. In reality, Yokohama has long fallen into the control of the world's largest criminal organization known as the Port Mafia. Follow Class 1-A as their principal organized a field trip to Yokohama! Dazai and Chuuya leave the boss's office after receiving the file containing information on their new mission. "These so-called heroes have been overstepping their boundaries. They've been getting bolder these days, "saving" the citizens of Yokohama." Chuuya says in disdain and anger. There's no way these heroes thought kidnapping these poor citizens meant that they were saving them from the rumored "villain's ruling". This fic does include moderate to severe angst, so if you do not want to read that I suggest looking for a different more wholesome fic ;-;.

Dazai looked up and he saw a red glow, and a man flying through the air. Dazai's eyes widened at the sight. He was a beautiful man... he had bright curly ginger hair, striking ocean blue eyes, freckles were dusting his face, and he had a toned but also kind feminine build. He was stunning and mouth dropping. Him and the man-made eye contact and he watched as the man jumped down in front of him, and he saw the pathetic sight of his subordinates behind the man. "Oi Chibbiko, I don't too much appreciate you being on my territory. Hasn't anyone ever taught you better?" Chuuya kicked at him but Dazai ducked down and dodged it. "Who are you calling little? Dazai and Chuuya find themselves in a predicament. With little time to process Mori's betrayal, the two boys run to the outskirts of Yokohama city. Working together while soaked in blood, they climb the city's impenetrable barrier in a desperate attempt to survive this ordeal and start a new life. Their new life, now filled with a world of heroes and villains. The two boys now living in this new world under the guardianship of a homeless-looking man and a blond with an annoyingly flashy appearance and loud voice. What will become of these two tragedy-stricken boys and their newfound home? Will they heal from their trauma and become heros? Will their budding romance bear fruit? This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
