In a world full of heroes and villains, there is one singular city that is free from it all. Yokohama, run by the criminal organization called the port Mafia, it if free from villains, but also heroes. A city that is closed off from the rest of the world, the reason said to be for the safety of the occupants on the inside.
One boy gets sent out to retrieve a set of students with two others. The others know nothing of this boy, though. Retrieving a set of kids and two teachers that have only known black and white, bad and good, how will they react when good and bad become the same in this new city?

Dazai, the strongest and most fearful executive ever to be known in the Port Mafia, who lived in the belly and shadows of the beast of Yokohama was watching as the city he loved so much fell apart around him. He watched as building split down the middle and fell on to the street cracking the streets and killing innocent by standers. Dazai saw everything he loved so dearly being ripped from him second by second. "Dazai watch out!" Odasaku said as he ran and jumped grabbing Dazai and they both tumbled to the ground as a building fell over beside them. "Shit that was close." Odasaku said sighing. But they weren't catching a break as another building fell over. Dazai? Kouyou-nee? Dazai said as he spoke back into his ear piece. Don't let that child stray too far away. He has destroyed enough of Yokohama. Hurry and cancel out his ability.Complete

Slight soukoku * Dazai watched and was accounting for all of the cargo coming off the ship. He wanted to make sure this time there was no unnecessary fuck ups. He was counting and checking off the cargo on the sheet one by one. It was going smoothly so far. So, he had thought until he heard the screams of some of his underlings. Dazai looked up and he saw a red glow, and a man flying through the air. Dazai's eyes widened at the sight. He was a beautiful man... he had bright curly ginger hair, striking ocean blue eyes, freckles were dusting his face, and he had a toned but also kind feminine build. He was stunning and mouth dropping. Him and the man-made eye contact and he watched as the man jumped down in front of him, and he saw the pathetic sight of his subordinates behind the man. "Oi Chibbiko, I don't too much appreciate you being on my territory. Hasn't anyone ever taught you better?" Chuuya kicked at him but Dazai ducked down and dodged it. "Who are you calling little? Don't underestimate me, I just took out the garbage, and you're next Mr. Boss of The Port Mafia."Complete
