In a world full of heroes and villains, there is one singular city that is free from it all. Yokohama, run by the criminal organization called the port Mafia, it if free from villains, but also heroes. A city that is closed off from the rest of the world, the reason said to be for the safety of the occupants on the inside.
One boy gets sent out to retrieve a set of students with two others. The others know nothing of this boy, though. Retrieving a set of kids and two teachers that have only known black and white, bad and good, how will they react when good and bad become the same in this new city?

Slight soukoku * Dazai watched and was accounting for all of the cargo coming off the ship. He wanted to make sure this time there was no unnecessary fuck ups. He was counting and checking off the cargo on the sheet one by one. It was going smoothly so far. So, he had thought until he heard the screams of some of his underlings. Dazai looked up and he saw a red glow, and a man flying through the air. Dazai's eyes widened at the sight. This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
