In a world full of heroes and villains, there is one singular city that is free from it all. Yokohama, run by the criminal organization called the port Mafia, it if free from villains, but also heroes. A city that is closed off from the rest of the world, the reason said to be for the safety of the occupants on the inside.
One boy gets sent out to retrieve a set of students with two others. The others know nothing of this boy, though. Retrieving a set of kids and two teachers that have only known black and white, bad and good, how will they react when good and bad become the same in this new city?

Since the beginning of Quirks, Yokohama has announced independence from Japan and closed itself from the rest of the world. To this day and age, no one knows what lies within the city of Yokohama-or that was what the public was made to believe. In reality, Yokohama has long fallen into the control of the world's largest criminal organization known as the Port Mafia. Follow Class 1-A as their principal organized a field trip to Yokohama! In their short trip there, they must change their perspectives and learn exactly what it means to be justice and what it means to be villains.

The leader of the Port Mafia, Ogai Mori, pairs Chuuya with Dazai Osamu, the one person Chuuya didn't seem to get along with very well. The two of them began their mission, with a few fights and moments here and there, a lot changed when they worked together, including their feelings for eachother. When their mission ended, it was also time for them to end their partnership, but something in both of their hearts just knew that they wanted something more, and not just a one time thing.Lengkap
