Clement Smith a man of great wealth, knowledge, and benevolence. Clement lives his life as a man trying to continue his grandfather's dream of restoring prehistoric resources to the world of today. Believing just as his grandfather did that this could have a juristic influence on the modern world Clement works around the clock trying to bring this dream to the light.  He is a family man at home and a kind person to the people of the city that he lives in. But when his brother is killed Clement takes in his niece and learns that there is a group of people who plan to take here away. Clement then is forced to protect his niece as well as the rest of his family. In doing so Clement is shown the true side of the city and decides that something must be done about it. Taking on the mantle of Blue Jay, Clement continues to battle the organization that threatens his family and also takes to the streets while having the persona of the hard-working businessman with a dream.
