Having been born with a mark on her four arm people believe that Layna Nevelo is cursed. Having her father treat her as a slave and the village spit on her and turn her away Layna is forced to do everyone's will. The mark on her four arm will never come off so Layna has started to believe that is how her life will be lived until she is taken from the village and told she is not alone. That there are more people like her. People like her who could bring the world to its knees. So is she really cursed? Or blessed?
