• The Abandoned Child •

As Harry walked around the busy streets of London, he heard what sounded like crying from a nearby alley. He walked towards the sound, curious. He looked down at a little boy, that couldn't be older than 5, curled up, hugging his knees to his chest, and resting his head on his arms, shaking. The little boy looked up, frightened. His eyes held loneliness, sadness, fear, and abandonment. Harry knew he had to do something. In a way, the little boy reminded Harry of himself when he was younger. Lonely, scared, sad.. and a hope to have a family that loved him for him.
