An ongoing war between Caelum, Infernos, and Venandi is provoked when an addiction for power and land rises. None of the kings want to settle so the war grows into a normal thing. It is forbidden for anyone to cross into another land. King Winchester however sees the first knight of Caelum and is intrigued. All the people of Venadi are required to have an anti-possession tattoo. There is a section a land between the kingdoms that acts as a wall, it is calle Purgatorium, its filled with creatures that the kingdoms could not describe or name, it's a dangerous place but not totally impossible to cross.The first knight of Caelum takes notice in Venadi's king and seeks adventure since he is tired of being the baby of the family. He goes back and forth till he decides to stay a little too long causing Caelum to send out a search party to find the young prince. This causes Venadi to go on lockdown. Castiel must make a decision to choose between who he has helplessly fallen in love with or his family that has been with him through thick and thin.
