Wilbur had many regrets in his life, being lost in his madness and the urge for revenge drowned leaving a shell of who he once was. It was only in his dying moments that he regained himself but it was already too late for him leaving him drowning in wishes and regrets. However waking up in another different universe where wilbur was never born and family soulmates exist, so when wilbur said he wanted to fix the mistakes he never expected this turn of events.

In one world wilbur dies and he would return as a ghost missing his memory and trying to fix what he did in life but in this one wilbur dies and wakes up in another world where soulmates exist and the wilbur of that world was never born so wilbur/ghostbur takes his place and tries to make up his mistakes to the other version of his friends.

Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to. One of the worst things that happened to Tommy and believe me, loads of bad things has happened to him. But being stuck in a single place, far away from his friends and family and with a blob that has taken two of his canon lives and who may have plans of his own, has to be up there in Tommy's list of Worse Things that Has Happened to Me. So he ran away. Whether he snuck into Technoblade's house was intentional or not is honestly up in the air to debate. But when it came to it, Tommy had two choices. To stay with his supposed elder brother who is not dead or go back to the people who turned their backs on him. He picked the first choice. Now Tommy has to live with the fact that he and Tubbo may not be able to repair their friendship and that the country that he helped build is basically f*cked! But that is not the end of the story.
