Prince Kim Hongjoong, the first openly gay member of the royal family, is met with quite a dilemma. Murders keep popping up everywhere, and with some very unexpected help, Prince Hongjoong is determined to find who was killing innocent people. Who was this unwelcome, terrible, person that was ruining the kingdom that was soon to be his?

Park Seonghwa, the infamous mafia king, also had quite a dilemma.

Seonghwa can't stop killing people. As a way to cope and temporarily rid him of his problems, he lets a darker side loose and kills people all around him. 

It brings him relief, and it makes him forget about his ever-growing issues. The royal family is very aware of this, and via an alliance made between the mafia world a few years prior, they allow him to kill on the condition he only kills people that have done malicious or cruel actions. But what happens if he can't stop breaking that rule?
