I was reading a Marauders fanfiction when I was like, "Damn, what if Sirius died." And I mean, he does. But my brain took me on a magical journey and forced me to conjure up this horrific mess. Fair warning this story is almost as far from cannon as you can get, in this story it's basically a battle with some death eaters(while the Marauders are still in school mind you) and Sirius Black(in animagus form) gets hit with the killing curse and James is there to witness it. Caution, I did zero planning for this, I just made stuff up as I went, and I did write it in the middle of the night, even as I write this description I am running on a measly 4 hours of sleep from last night. I hope you like it, because despite it's flaws I quite enjoy it, it kind of hurts just a tiny bit.
I didn't wanna erase this because I think it so funny, but this was the original story description

It's post war and Harrison 'Harry' James potter is depressed. He's depressed that all these people gave up their lives for him. So in his sleep he just gives up. He dies peacefully in his sleep. After expecting to wake up in Kings Cross, he is shocked to discover he is in fact in Deaths Office. Turns out he is the master of Death. And he gets a second chance to change everything. And have a much better chance at life whilst living up to his Marauder heritage. This time Hogwarts sees a tall handsome boy with messy black hair a lightning bolt scar, vivid green eyes full of mischief and life. Not a small, scrawny, messy haired boy with full green eyes that are full of fear and naivety. He takes Hogwarts by the storm with his humour, pranks and skill. Sirius did something that he would never ever ever do, but he did it anyway. He broke Remus and his own heart, and as his world is slowly crumbling around him, he has to pick it all back up again single handed. After pulling "the prank" against Snape in his fifth year, he doesn't realize how much his actions would hurt Remus and he can't stop them until it's much too late to do anything about it.
