Max is a young student at a med school who left his home due to the abuse of his father after his mother passed and who became an alcoholic who left max to fend for himself working three jobs and going to collage with his bullies is physically exhausting and when he starts finding mystery people who need his help he starts loosing sleep, little did he know he was helping the best mafia leaders and their gang members, what happens when the leaders form an alliance to protect him at all costs 

Giovanni is the leader of the green jokers an mafia where max has helped some of his men, his father is waiting for him to find the love of his life when he's ready, the green jokers are excited to form an alliance with the rest of the mafias ( will be listed later on there's like two-three of them) yo protect max but they made a special deal that he belongs to him as his lover.
