Be happy again

This is for you if you are depressed or you always felt insecure,The whole world has it parts in the past that remains stagnant in our heart,we are tired,restless sad and empty,the happiness blood that runs in us has dry,our flaws or fears has weaken our strong minds, we don't have to remain same way having same feeling that kills us slowly! You deserve happiness,how and what can you do to be happy again?

I once red a book titled (re-inventing yourself) which there is the oener of the spirit and the victim,who is a victim and who is a owner if the spirit? i forgot the authors name it was actually a friend that gave me the book to read i was once three month depressed but being depressed dosen't change any of my problems but affect me in every ways,

It a combination of poems and articles!

The inspiration behind this is just that i once expressed depression that affect me mentally and i was mentally breakdown it true i smile to hide my pains then but my heart is heavy!
