At first glance, George Sia is just a normal soccer-playing boy. But his skills are unbelievable. George is way above standard, an unmatched reigning champ.
His skills don't stop there. George is a secret agent by night, soccer superstar by day. His agility with a ball makes him a formidable secret agent. He loves his job, and he knows he's one of the best at it.
Or so he thinks. Irie White, a new girl in school, steals his championship. But she doesn't stop there. George has an unexpected run-in with Irie - when she was on spy duty. Even though Irie is on the rival team, George and Irie were made to be teammates, and perhaps more...

WORK IN PROGRESS‼️ ─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ── There was no noise; I was at peace, and ironically, the stone-cold pavement never seemed warmer as my blood oozed out of me and around me like a painted canvas. I was slowly losing consciousness, but my mind never seemed happier now that I was dying. The white walls with big bright lights did not resemble heaven; in fact, it was quite the opposite. I thought I had died. When I came to, I found myself in this strange place, disoriented and confused. I looked around and found another five pairs of eyes looking at me with the same emotion swirling in their gaze. Now, 15 years later, I train with these girls. Our makers take care of us, feed us, and make sure we are clean, healthy, and fit. Some of us never had that; that's probably why it took so long for us to realize we were being used. The dirty work they made us do, none of us questioned it. How could we when we were taken off the streets? For a chance at normalcy, we settled for anything, even if that meant blurring the lines of right and wrong. After a mission gone haywire, we started noticing, and now we strike back to take our voices and reclaim the power that was used on us as a way to control us. After all, they are the ones who trained us; we are just returning our long-overdue favour. ─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ── Rankings : Featured in Mystery-thriller #5 in Mystery-thriller on 7/12/24

❝Maybe it's not just life that is like a chess game. Maybe love is too. Like how the king is always afraid losing his queen, and how the queen does everything in her power to save her king.❞ - Think of life as a chess game. There are the Kings and the Queens ; who serve as the rightful leaders. There are the Knights and the Bishops ; the hunters and the wise. And then there's Rayne Parker, a valuable pawn playing a game of live or die, being at the same time in no control of his own life. Being a pawn means not being in charge, means following the rules and obeying the moves of the 'player'. That was the ISAA. They were the 'players' in this injustice game of chess. They controlled Rayne's every move. If he made a bad move, someone else would suffer as a consequence of his actions. And he hated every second of being the cause of someone's death. In order to save himself, he would have to make a right move. The divine move that would allow him to checkmate ISAA and win. [completed ✓ || in the state of editing✗]
