Ichiru is still alive. Zero did not drain him just took enough to stabilize himself. He also managed to stabilize Ichiru by giving him some of his blood.

This is set after Cannon. Everyone is back at the academy, Yuki is in the night class, Sayori has joined the disciplinary committee.

The disciplinary committee live in a seperate building. 

One by one Zero finds the members of the inner circle feeling down and depressed. But don't worry Mama Zero is here to make it all better.
