Trained by his father, along with his aunt and uncles, he's deadlier than most villains, and stronger than most pros. He could take on Japan if he so wished, or rule the world. 

Despite his immense power, he decides not to rule. Rather, to help. He throws himself headlong into the U.A. Hero course, not knowing how he's going to explain what he is, or how he can do what he does.
