Dream has been thrown in prison now, as he rightfully should have been. Tommy almost took the masked man's third life, but he said that he had a way to bring the dead back to life, and that if he was killed, then death would finally become permanent.
Maybe it wasn't a good idea to say that in front of a certain demon who was in the room with them, under the control of something purely evil.
Yes, Badboyhalo is the main villain of this fic.

He lives somewhere in England, his family in America. He moved to England to get some more action into his life, do something new.
