The world of 'My Hero Academia' is filled to the brim with people who have super-powers, known as 'quirks'. 80% of the population have them and they can range from something as powerful as the quirk of the 'Symbol of Peace', One for all, or something as mundane as the ability to 'Slide and Glide'. However, the 20% of the population who aren't as lucky to have one is dubbed 'Quirkless' and have to live their lives in an endless pit of inferiority and despair. One of the 'Quirkless' is our central protagonist, Y/n Tsugikuni. This is their perspective of the story as they join their childhood friend and future greatest hero, Midoriya Izuku, through their Hero Academia!

When humanity began developing special powers known as Quirks, society as a whole changed forever. The age of Heroes began with many youths aspiring to become licensed Pro Heroes. Some pursued this line of work for fame, money, or status, however there were those who pursued out of a burning desire to help others. However there were those who were born without a Quirk, these people tended to live rather mundane and uneventful lives. In the history of Pro Heroes there has never been a Quirkless Hero, until one fateful day. A young delinquent toting around a baseball bat is given an opportunity to join the Hero Course with the help of his aunt. Joining the ranks of Class 1-A he will be tested at every corner. Despite the monumental odds stacked against him however, the young man faces it with an excited smile on his face. No matter what walls are put in front of this Slugger, he will smash through them to prove he can be a Hero just like anyone else. Back story... (Y/n) (L/n), a sixteen year old girl who dreamt of becoming a hero all of the time. She was born in Japan and lived there for 3 years only. When she was 3, her family moved to America because of her father's job. They stayed there for 3 years and came back to Japan due to (Y/n)'s grandfather's death. (Y/n)'s grandfather was a Pro-Hero in Japan. One of the best, in fact. He was in the top 20 Pro-Heroes. His Hero name was 'Manipulator' and his Quirk was Mind Manipulation. (Y/n) admired him a lot so when she heard that her family was going back to Japan, she wanted to tell him all about her Quirk. But sadly, when they got there, she was told that her grandfather died. They didn't stay there for long though, after their visit to Japan, they went back to America. Then 9 years later, (Y/n)'s parents decided to go back in Japan. To finally live there. (Y/n) was excited, thinking she'll not be homeschooled anymore because she was homeschooled all her life ever since her father's father's death. But due to strict parents, she continued homeschooling. 1 year later, she was bored. As always. So she decided to have a little fun around, only for her fate to turn around... !
