Frisk had always wanted to be a doctor, ever since she was little, being a pacifist it was in her nature to want to help people. As she grew older the world grew harsher, greyer and her want to help those in need only grew stronger as poverty and destruction just became the way of the world. The naive girl applied to every hospital around but only one was desperate enough to take her. A run-down, severely understaffed mental institution for monsters, just beyond the human barrier that kept them separated. The pay was near nothing, the building? Unlivable. Still, Frisk would do her best to help them. The only real question now would be, who was going to help Frisk?

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. An Undertale AU with the setting being a dystopian city. You follow Frisk on their journey through the dangerous Underground, meeting friends and foes. Frisk also meet a mysterious character that follows and helps them throughout the Underground, although, it seems they may have strange intentions in the end. There are drug and alcohol use included as well as strong language which is why it's marked as mature. It's finally finished! I started this at the beginning of January and I got it done! I'm really happy with how it turned out and I hope you all like it too! This is the first story I'm writing so I'm not expecting a lot from it but I hope who ever finds it enjoys it! I'm also planning on making other stories from this. This will be the main canon story, but I am also planning on making an epilogue story of the Genocide route. It will be named as canon as well of what I have in mind right now, but things may change, who knows, see what happens when we get to it!
