Marco, son of the Noble Filipe de Cadiz, is sent by order of King Carlos IV of Spain, together with his father and brother, to the capital of the province of Venezuela to investigate certain events that the countrymen refused to explain while they were develops the rebellion against the kingdom of Spain, Portugal and Great Britain in America.
