I was standing over her lifeless, pale body. She looked so beautiful, so at peace it was amazing to see.
This was my job, I was a Forensic Pathologist, charged with the care of bodies belonging to possible murder, homicide or suicide cases.
Of course, no one knew I was the one committing the vast majority of these murders, and why should they? I was just Jaxon. I was the guy that came to work, smiled politely and kept my head down.
