Stargazer: The Fractured Universe

Jay Cooper, the former leader of the cold fusion industry, now works on a different project; he must complete his life's work to change the past. The time machine was a passion project for almost a decade, but it became a necessity when a virus spread. The virus gave some people supernatural abilities, killed others, but it left most unaffected entirely. However, his machine seems to have attracted the attention of a force that wants what he's created. He gains some new friends on this path, while he fights to save himself and everyone he loves. His path is not straight or easy to navigate; it's a journey through time and space to discover the source of the only thing that can oppose his mission to stop the spread of the virus.
