villains roam the streets of japan more then before, most of them under 18. After a giant group of teenage and kid villains have been captured, all of them with impressive quirks. After seeing the young ages of them all the heroes have decided to give them a 2nd chance at life, and they are placed in a rehab that has been created. Little did the heroes now that one insignificant girl in the group was one of the most successful villains of all time, but she hides her true identity. Will she be able to hide her true self, or will she be found out by the heroes? Will she escape? Or will she be successfully be put through the program(of course not)
