Born in Possibility during the last years of the War of Sandwing Succession to 7th circle parents who fled the Ice Kingdom and its rankings in favor of a more peaceful life, Otter is a very shy dragon. His greatest fear is being judged by other Icewings for not being one of them. He lives out each day, talking with the other dragonets and simply enjoying life as it comes. That's until he decides to take a break from the crowded streets and travel into the nearby mountains.
