Todoroki x Reader, From Rivals to Lovers

From Rivals to Lovers is a story about (y/n) entering UA High later than everyone else has. You developed a quirk that no one has ever seen before, a couple of months before entering UA High. Which means you've gotten your quirk by so many years later than the average person.
Ever since telling everybody who's asked when you've gotten your quirk, they were always surprised/shocked. Some would be kind to you and welcoming while other students would call you a "late bloomer". (y/n) ignores everybody until she's met a student in her class, Shoto Todoroki. He was someone intimidating and not so kind, but also not rude. He was a quiet person just like you so you were always seated together by Mr. Aizawa.
Which means you two were often paired up. As much as you two were visually alike.. Quiet, intimidating, etc. You were both completely different. You guys were always arguing in team work and always had different opinions. Later on throughout the story you guys seem to get along little by little until....
