Detectives Margret Babble and Henry Brute just encountered an unsolvable case, the first in a long line of unsolvable murders to be exact. Each victim is killed the same way, how they're connected, the detectives are uncertain. The murderer running through the city, a figure in the wind. Will the detectives be able to catch it and connect the murders to similar cases from years ago before it goes underground again.
