Joy is an ordinary girl which doesn't like school like the rest of the students. One day the girl gets severe pains and it turns out that she is terminally ill and hasn't much time left.
From then on, Joy decides to spend the rest time of her like like a normal student with her bestfriend . But one day her only friend disappears without a trace and Joy becomes lonely at school, until Hugo joins Joy's class.
Hugo and Joy immediately make good contact and become friends. However, apart from sharing they friendship, they also share a feeling that was confessed in a very unusual way ...
