In a world where kids are born with powers, they will be put into factions by the different types.
Extended summary: after the apocalypse war 1000 years later, kids have been born with strange powers and would be tested until the age to control. If they do not succeed until the age 18, they will be executed due to 'unable to tame'.
But aero Clarke, a boy who was born with no powers begins to have visions of another war and is forced to go to the camps, where he meets people he never thought he would meet.
People thought his power was to see the future, but they were wrong.
