Since they were kids, Marco and Jacob always got along. Even though they were complete opposites, they were always together.
But soon enough, unknown feelings start to develop between the two boys. Can they navigate several years of friendship, college and these new feelings?

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. painful friendship
For the better part of 9 years, tharn and type have been the best of friends. Meeting at the age of 12, on the soccor field, the two hit it off right away. They didn't know how but when they played even on that day, it felt they had been playing for years, then to there surprise type then started tharns school the very next day. The two become very close, by age 15, they end up raiding tharns parents alcohol, getting drunk, type tries to kiss tharn, not wanting to take advantage of him, tharn refusing. Type then placed tharn really in the friend zone, not thinking he had any feelings for him, unaware, tharn liked him since they first met, he just was being a gentleman. After a year, type then gets into a relationship with another not knowing tharns true intentions. Seeing this, tharn stops being a gentleman, thinks if he did take advantage of type, he would have been his. The two then started to drift a bit during high school, type had his man while tharn became somewhat a bad boy. By collage, the two still are close and end up in the same field, engineering. by there age of 20 something occurs that changes there friendship. what shall it be? only by reading will you know.Complete
