Salvation - The Mandalorian

Years have passed since Din Djarin gave Grogu to the Jedi. While he misses the child that he has come to know as his son, he knows that this was what was best for him. In the meantime, Din has been taking jobs to arrest criminals of the New Republic as well as helping Boba Fett with odd jobs.

Din knows he has the responsibility of retaking Mandalore now that he's in possession of the darksaber, but he doesn't see himself fit to be ruler. He constantly tries to get Bo-Katan to take it, but she refuses. Din keeps the darksaber with him, but never uses it.

One day, Din hunts down a criminal who was a part of the Empire remnants. This woman tells him that she worked for Moff Gideon, who has escaped custody. She also tells him that there is another child that Gideon is after. With Grogu hidden away and with his own kind, Gideon targets a new Force sensitive child.

Din knows that he can't let this child be taken by the Empire. But he also knows that he can't keep them either. While tracking down this child with the help of Cara Dune, he also needs to find the Jedi that took Grogu in for training.

Chaos ensues as Din has to take care of two foundlings, fight off Gideon's men, fight those who want possession of the darksaber, and be constantly confused with Jedi culture.
