in this distopian horror story, Twelve is a conflicted and mentally unstable scientist who has after acting in self defence, unintentionaly unleashed a sentient virus on Earth. this virus comes to be known as the bleeding. Whilst surviving in the new world and while he survives his own self made catastrophy, he must learn to cope, live with and accept his new self created and cursed life.

Meanwhile, his sadistic and greedy colleague Ibrahim Nasir is hoping for a chance to hunt him down after events that took place three years before the outbreak.
