Izuku Fullbuster formerly known as Izuku Yagi was a child who had his life crashing down at the age of 4 when he was diagnosed as quirkless but what he doesn't know is that he have something far greater than any quirk could offer.
Izuku will experience pain and hardship over the year although many would expect that he would become shy and weak after being bullied and neglected it only had the opposite effect Izuku became cold to people he doesn't like, he became calculative over the years making him more dangerous when he gained ice make magic and will take the world in a storm.
