Maya is different, she's a loner. Most people in her school can't accept that. In school she's the quiet kid in the back only used for answers on tests. Disregarded by most and bullied by others, Maya doesn't have any friends. But when kids start to talk with her everything changes. You can't be labeled a loner if you're no longer alone. Maya's life is turned upside down by the interference and soon she's not just different then others she's a whole new person different to her old self.
