Vatum

Corruption plagues the land of Vatum, and in a desperate attempt to scatter the overwhelming faculty of the Talt, Section leaders of the island send off a single candidate from their regime to infiltrate the administration process for a leadership position amongst the council.

But most importantly they inherit a verisi, a paranormal change, a rule, affixed onto the individual.
