Courtney's world revolves around her shop. Her determination and ambition push her towards success. She has no time for friends or family because she is constantly pushing herself to do more, be better. Six months ago, her ex-boyfriend stole all her money and burned down her shop. Now, she's just getting back on her feet with the help of Aldo. Courtney owns a little tattoo parlor, Luck's Run Out. But truth be told, she doesn't have any tattoos. She looks like she should own the little floral shop next door, Once and Floral.
Once and Floral was owned by Meera Ramos, it was her pride and joy. But she died too soon. Leaving her home to Mariana, her shop to Mateo, and a future to her eldest Manuel. Mateo takes over, willingly. He fell into the gang life after Manuel, it was admiration, wanting to be like his older brother. Many tattoos and a small rap sheet later, Manuel left the gang life once their mother passed. Mateo soon following, getting jumped out of the gang. Aldo comes to support Once and Floral and two years later, a tattoo parlor opens up next door. Truth be told he's rough around the edges and it looks like he should own the parlor next door, Luck's Run Out.
