Being the son of Mother Nature and Father Time, not only does he have access to all of the worlds most deadliest diseases, but a responsibility to use it.

The plan is simple: fix the world's problems by causing them, forcing people to deal with them.

Too late does he discover that the only woman he's ever loved, Suzy, is dying. The plague that he's unleashed on the world doesn't know the difference between friend and foe. Nathan, on the brink of his own genocide, has to choose between keeping the woman he loves or saving the world.
