Devon and Noah died young. They don't know how and they aren't sure why but, because of that, they have been sent to the training center. There, they are taught about the balance between Good and Evil by the angels and daemons who are tasked with upholding it. At the end of the year, they will be asked to make a choice between angel and daemon, a job that they will hold for years to come. Will they be able to assimilate into this new life or will Devon's rebellious nature send them both on a journey that could potentially destroy life on Earth forever?

Dante is a demon who feels out of place in Hell. His father Lucifer is hard on him, and he spends every second he can on Earth. He wants something different, and Ariel is different. Although demons can't love, what he feels for Ariel seems a lot like love. In this angel/demon romance, God is a woman and all the characters in Heaven and Hell love whoever they want.
