After living in Lexington South Carolina for almost 11 years and having nothing happen, 15 year old Eleanor (Ellie) Cortez couldn't imagine anything exciting happening. Well, she was wrong. Dead wrong. One day, one of her classmates is murdered in her school, and a very suspicious and quiet girl is the police's #1 suspect, but Ellie is lead to believe that she is innocent. The question is... Will the police think the girl is innocent or will she go to prison for a crime she might not have committed?
