Victoria has lived in Hawkins her whole life. She's from one of the more wealthier families in town, which still isn't a lot, but enough to live comfortably. Of course, Gareth Emerson hates this about her. He never gave her a chance and just assumed she was stuck up and rude, which is actually far from the truth. She's not popular, but she's also not outcasted. Victoria tried to be nice to Gareth the first few times they interacted, but eventually she gave up and they've never liked each other since. I'm also thinking about making y/n stories because like yeah...
