Because of a drastic accident, Anna is diagnosed with a short-term memory. Meaning, she can only remember for a day but she will never remember yesterday. But the only thing that keeps her running is her mother and her hobby counting Fridays. Her mother, Jenny, convinced her to begin her life again by counting Fridays again which gave Anna a new beginning.

Jake, one of the most popular jocks of their school, caught Anna staring at the hallway and ask her what she is doing. To his amaze, Anna doesn't remember while they're seatmates in every class. For fun, he makes Anna his personal slave and makes a list of what Anna should do for thirteen weeks. First, making fun of her until he realizes he's caring for her.

With Anna, can't remember anything and Jake trying to make her do everything, can this relationship last forever or another puppy love story?

Friendships form in weird ways. Friendships also last in different varieties. The fact that Anna and Jakes friendships evolved after Anna punched Jake in preschool for touching her favorite colors is besides the point though. These two have been through so much more than that. Anna was there for him through his mom and dads divorce, and there again after his moms sudden death. Jake was there for Anna through her silly depression over not having any female friends. At least Jake thought it was silly. Regardless the two have never fought since Anna physically punched him for using her favorite colors at play time in preschool. And preschool was literally thirteen years ago. Oh wait, yes they have. They got into a huge fight when Anna dated Jakes best friend, Zach. They actually didn't talk for months and the only person Anna had was Zachary they were very close at that point. Good things end sometimes though. No matter how much Anna loved Zach it wouldn't change the fact that he cheated on her. Now she's lost Jake and Zach both, until one night she went to a party with a girl she's just forming a friendship with and Jake is there. Did I mention she hated this girl for several years before Junior year? After the party Jake and Anna are moving forward. Explain to me though..how can you be friends again after a one night stand with your best friend and might I add ex boyfriends past friend? Things are getting wild for the two of them. Will Anna and Jake resume as bestfriends, will they end up as lovers or most sadly..will the hookup make them hate each other more? Where does this leave Anna's love for Zach?
