If Santa Claus has elves, Cupid has arrows. These arrows are children whose job is to make sure that there will be no problem regarding with Cupid's list of soulmates. Kio, one of the arrows was tasked to check four pair of soulmates. In his first day as an arrow, there was a delay in his first pair.
