Okay,in my multiverse heres a small explanation. 

Nightmare and dream are half human so they have a human form (joku turned the twins human so i implied that here-) 
their mother is tree spirt(a earthy human who died and became one with nature),aka rosemary. and their father is a skeleton,astro. god of balance.

their backstories are the same,the only exception is that my story is based off the grinning kittens version.

they do have an older brother named lucid,but hes fully mortal and isnt a god. so he died during the 500 years the twins were apart (he died of old age)

dream has a obvious crush on killer and nightmare has a crush on cross but its not as obvious (he favors cross more but no one suspects anything)

No one has been able to find the so-called Safe haven, nor even see their creators again, they have a part in the Multiverse, and aren't allowed to leave, why can't they leave? Easy, all because of Alpha and Delta, the two controlling their strings, Alpha gives orders to the lights, such as Dream and Ink, while Delta gives orders to the darks, such as Error and Nightmare, both hating their opponents' side with despise. But both share a trait, they each love their assigned Gods with their fullest, even if they act harsh, they show care and affection, they are known for their appearances, both as a spirit-like element, although having no facial appearances, both are different with their lights and color, Alpha is known to have a yellow glow, and Delta is known to have a black grieving glow, usually just voices to minds though. __________________________ Warning: cussing, and touches of angst

[NSFW] In this world, we live in a world where everyone's AU has died out, only find out there was a heaven and hell. One per AU. Of course, the 'awares' had this place they could always go to to talk and was considered as the middle. The center, the heart. As well as hang outs, like a place for the Bad Time Trio, etc. Now, they have angels, demons, and the fallen. Fallens are angels who have committed a sin, but not evil enough to become a demon. They are frowned upon. Not considered the same. Sadly, most of them consist of young children. The angels and demons of course would fight. And at the heart of angel society, was Ink. He was the most cutest, pure, and innocent bean you could ever find. Then there was Nightmare. Being able to have him right around his fingers. Every year, if either on the Angel or Devil side, if there isn't another ruler to rule alongside the main one, or 'protector', then there is a specific time you have to find someone. Otherwise, you get kicked off as it is unfair to rule alone. The only reason Ink isn't kicked off is because he has someone ruling with him. Dream & Blue. Of course, Nightmare has only been able to stall by trying to find one, seeing them as not the one, and the counter gets reset. You can't do it forever though. Now, Ink terribly naive for a protector. Of course, he was the heart. He had a place in everyone's heart- With Dream & Blue being the next. Blue being a guard, and Dream being his 'right-hand man.' Most of the time being the one helping and guiding Ink. They soon find him to be missing, captured by the demons. Panic would be spread all over the place if they were to find out Ink was missing. With this, and a limited time to work with, considering if you were to officially become a ruler of somewhere, your heart has to actually want to leave if you were to leave. Would Dream and Blue be able to save Ink? Or would Ink become the next Queen? The next queen of the Demons? Join us on this journey to find out.

The Multiverse for a long time has been an endless loop. Both inside the AUs and in itself. Error and Ink making a truce then breaking it in any possible way. The Dreamtale twins fight until Nightmare dies and Dream sacrifices his soul to plant a new tree of Feelings recreating a cycle. But, among everyone, there is one person who remembers each loop that took place and after a few centuries of trying to figure out what to do, he finally got it. He will break those endless cycles and try to finally give the Multiverse some peace. This is the story of that attempt. Will it work or will it all just be another pointless attempt to change what is meant to be ? ___________________________________________________________________ This story will contain only a small amount of shipping because this is nowhere near of being the main focus, sorry.
